Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and MODERN VILLA HUAHIN COMPANY LIMITED (we, us, or our), the operator of SANAMO. They govern your use of the SANAMO website, player booking interface, venue-management tools, account features and related services (the Service).

New accounts accept these Terms by actively selecting the acceptance checkbox and creating or continuing an account. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. The Privacy Notice is available before registration and explains how personal data is handled.

For accounts existing at the transition to version 1.2, SANAMO records a separate system adoption of this release, with the account, date, document language, version and content hash. This is a system transition, not evidence that you clicked an acceptance checkbox again. Earlier acceptance records remain unchanged, and the transition gives no marketing consent. Contact us if you disagree with the updated Terms or wish to close your account.

2. Service scope

The Service allows players to find published venues and courts, make and manage bookings, provide direct-payment evidence where applicable, and contact venues. It also allows authorised venue representatives to manage venue information, availability, prices, bookings and payment instructions.

A venue or court is available for booking only when SANAMO displays it as published and available. Features may change or be unavailable, and no service-level commitment applies unless SANAMO agrees to one separately in writing.

You may browse the public catalogue and schedules and choose a slot without an account, including through a schedule embedded on another website. Booking from an embedded schedule opens SANAMO to sign in and review the selection. A guest selection does not reserve a court; signing in does not create a booking. SANAMO checks availability, price and payment options again before your explicit confirmation. My Bookings shows your upcoming and past bookings and the available cancellation controls.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to players and authorised venue representatives who are at least 20 years old. Do not create an account for a child or provide a child's personal data.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information and use only an email, Google account or LINE account that you are authorised to control. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and active sessions.

Notify sanamo.book@gmail.com promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You must not sell, transfer, rent or share account access.

5. Player and venue roles

One account may use Player features and, when authorised, Venue features. A person creating or managing a venue confirms that they have authority to act for that venue and to provide its business, contact, location, schedule, price and payment information.

Venue representatives are responsible for keeping venue information, availability, prices, cancellation rules, contact details and payment instructions accurate. Players are responsible for reviewing those details before confirming a booking.

6. Venue information and publication

Venue representatives may create draft venues and configure names, addresses, Google Maps links or locations, courts, supported sports, opening hours, prices, closures, contact details and payment QR information. Draft information is not public until the applicable publication control is completed.

SANAMO may review, reject, unpublish or request correction of a venue where reasonably necessary for safety, accuracy, legal compliance or prevention of misuse. Publication is not a guarantee of venue quality, ownership or availability.

7. Bookings and cancellation

For a published real venue, a booking is confirmed when SANAMO displays a confirmation and records the booking. Confirmation reserves the selected slot subject to the venue information and cancellation rule shown before confirmation. A booking keeps the venue, court, time, price, payment method and rule snapshot recorded at confirmation.

The venue provides the court service and is responsible for access to the venue. Unless SANAMO expressly identifies itself as the venue operator, the booking relationship for court use is between the player and the venue.

Players may cancel through the controls shown for the booking when the applicable rule allows it. A venue may cancel or correct a booking where operationally necessary and should communicate the reason to the affected player.

A selection can expire or become unavailable before confirmation. Review the current price and venue rules before confirming cash booking or starting QR payment. Starting QR payment creates the displayed temporary hold; browsing, choosing a slot and signing in do not. An expired hold or rejected confirmation is not a confirmed booking.

8. Direct venue payments and receipts

A venue may offer cash payment at the venue or payment directly to the venue using its QR code. SANAMO does not receive, hold, transfer or settle those funds and is not a payment service provider.

For a QR booking, the player may upload a payment receipt in an approved image or PDF format. The upload and technical acceptance of a payment receipt prove only that a file was submitted. They do not prove bank settlement, authenticity, the correct amount or receipt of funds by the venue.

The venue may accept or reject the receipt after review. Rejection may cancel the booking and release the slot. Payment disputes, refunds and settlement questions must be resolved with the venue, subject to applicable law. A user must not upload malware, a reused or misleading receipt, a receipt belonging to another person, or a receipt for another venue, amount or booking.

9. Venue trial and subscription

A venue offer may include a limited trial followed by a manually activated plan. The current offer may show a 7-day trial followed by 365 days at THB 9,000. It does not renew automatically unless the venue later accepts a separate renewal arrangement. Tax invoices, refunds and any future recurring billing terms must be stated separately before payment.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful activity;
• access another user, venue, booking, file, credential, database or system without permission;
• interfere with security, availability, rate limits or testing controls;
• upload malware or content you do not have the right to provide;
• scrape, reverse engineer or exploit the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• publish false venue, schedule, price, payment or contact information;
• use payment evidence to misrepresent settlement or ownership of funds.

11. User content and feedback

You keep ownership of venue information, receipt files, support messages and feedback that you lawfully provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service, comply with law and resolve support or booking issues.

You must have the right to provide the content and must avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information. You may voluntarily provide feedback, and we may use it to improve SANAMO without identifying you publicly unless you separately agree.

We may produce aggregate and de-identified statistics from service use to operate, analyse and improve SANAMO. We do not attempt to reidentify individuals from those statistics. The Privacy Notice explains first-party analytics, retention and your rights. Optional marketing consent is separate from these operational uses and from transactional messages.

12. Intellectual property

SANAMO, its interface, software, design, documentation and branding are owned by MODERN VILLA HUAHIN COMPANY LIMITED or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service. No ownership right is transferred to you.

13. Third-party services

The Service may rely on contracted third-party providers for functions such as sign-in, hosting, data and private-file storage, maps and service communications. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to the services they operate.

Map information and links are provided for convenience. Users should verify directions and venue details. SANAMO is not responsible for a third-party account or service outside SANAMO's reasonable control, but this does not limit obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Suspension and account deletion

SANAMO may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements, inaccurate venue information or material breach of these Terms. Where practical, SANAMO will explain the reason and available remedy.

You may request account deletion through the available account control or sanamo.book@gmail.com. Deletion may be subject to limited retention required for bookings, payment evidence, legal acceptance records, security, accounting, disputes or other legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

15. Changes, availability and disclaimer

Features and third-party integrations may change. Material changes to these Terms will receive a new version and reasonable notice. SANAMO will request renewed acceptance where a change materially affects rights or obligations.

The Service may contain defects or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, SANAMO does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, bank settlement verification, venue performance or the accuracy of third-party maps and services. Nothing excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The version 1.2 transition for existing accounts uses the separate system adoption described in section 1. It does not create a new user acceptance or marketing opt-in. New accounts still actively accept the Terms. Any future change requiring fresh acceptance or separate consent will use the applicable notice and choice process; this transition does not pre-authorise future releases.

16. Liability, governing law and disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MODERN VILLA HUAHIN COMPANY LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, inaccurate venue information, a third-party service or a payment made directly between a player and venue. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Before filing a formal claim, contact sanamo.book@gmail.com so the parties can attempt a reasonable resolution. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

17. General and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. You may not assign account access without written permission. These Terms and the Privacy Notice form the agreement for the Service.

The English and Thai versions are intended to have the same meaning. The Service initially displays Thai when the browser language preference indicates Thai and English otherwise. You may switch language before accepting. The displayed language, version and content hash are recorded. If the versions conflict, the recorded-language version controls to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory Thai law remains unaffected.
