Trial starts automatically when the first club in your operating business is successfully published, after verification. Creating an account does not start it. You receive one Trial per operating business.

Your clubs stop appearing for public booking. Club setup and existing booking records are kept, and you can still use SANAMO as a player. Renewing restores booking access for clubs that still meet publication requirements.
No. Payment evidence is submitted and reviewed privately in Account. Uploading or submitting a receipt does not activate Business; acceptance is required. Account shows your current Trial or Business period and any scheduled next period.
A valid receipt fully submitted before expiry for the same subscription period may keep booking access for up to 72 hours after expiry while pending review. Grace ends earlier if the receipt is accepted, rejected, withdrawn, superseded or found invalid. A receipt submitted at or after expiry does not restore access until accepted.
The renewal window opens 30 days before the paid period ends. Renewal reminders link to Account, where you can review dates and submit payment. There is no automatic renewal. Trial reminders begin 3 days before Trial ends; Trial still starts only after first successful publication.
